Privacy Policy

Who this is for

Baby Rounds is intended for parents and adult caregivers. It is not directed to children for their own use, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or emergency services.

Information you choose to record

Depending on how you use the app, Baby Rounds may store:

• Child profile information, such as a child's name and birth date.
• Care records for feedings, diaper changes, baths, and sleep sessions, including dates, times, amounts, types, descriptions, and notes.
• Caregiver-sharing information used to share a child's record with an invited caregiver.
• Local app preferences, such as measurement units and the currently selected child.

Where information is stored

Baby Rounds stores information locally on your device and, when iCloud is available, in the Apple iCloud/CloudKit account connected to the app. Baby Rounds does not operate an independent server that stores your family-care records.

If you invite another caregiver to a child's shared record, that caregiver can access the information you intentionally share with them through Apple's iCloud/CloudKit sharing features.

What Baby Rounds does not do

• Baby Rounds does not sell personal information.
• Baby Rounds does not include advertising or cross-app tracking.
• Baby Rounds does not include third-party analytics SDKs.
• Baby Rounds does not use your family-care records for advertising or profiling.

Your choices and deletion

You can delete individual care records or delete a child's profile from within the app. You can also stop sharing a child's record or leave a shared record using the sharing controls in the app.

Records remain in your local storage and, where applicable, your iCloud/CloudKit account until you delete them or manage them through the relevant Apple account and sharing controls. Removing the app from a device does not necessarily delete data already stored in iCloud.

Support cannot directly inspect, access, or delete your private CloudKit records. If you need help, support can provide guidance on available app and Apple account controls.

Website and support email

This website does not use analytics, advertising, account registration, or contact forms. The website host and email providers may process ordinary technical information, such as request and delivery metadata, to deliver, secure, and operate their services.

If you email support, the message and the contact information you include are used only to respond to your request. Please do not send sensitive child or medical information by email.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, Baby Rounds will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
